At this screening, you will also witness another extraordinary chapter in the life of legendary Santa Cruz surfer Shawn "Barney" Barron whose story embodies courage, second chances, and the ocean’s power to heal. And through Melissa’s journey, you’ll discover how Bob Pearson and O’Neill — two cornerstones of Santa Cruz surf culture — became part of her divine path to the sea, helping shape the soul of Paddle Out itself.
